Eye Effect

  Hi designers , today we gonna show you how to make an awesome eye effect just like this : 

So First of all you shoul download this picture :

( Click on it to get it in big size ) 

After that, duplicate the layer by pressing ( Ctrl + J )

Then , press ( Ctrl + U ) or go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation

Then change the saturation to -60

After that press ( Ctrl + L ) or go to Image > Adjustments > Levels

Apply some changes just like the image

Then, choose the Burn Tool 

Then try to paint around the eye just like this 

Now , choose the dodge tool

And try to paint like this 

Now, go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Gradient Fill ( make it black and white and apply it like the image )

Change  the fusion to Overlay

Create a new layer then fill it with grey ( use the paint bucket tool )

Change the fusion to Saturation and the Opacity to 45%

Go to Layer > New fill layer > Gradient Fill ( make it black and white and don't forget to make the style to Radial and tick Reverse ) 

Now change the fusion to Soft Light

Choose the brush tool

Create a new layer and choose the color Red then paint on the eye like this  

Change the Fusion to Overlay and the Opacity to 68%

Now create a new layer then fill it with black using the paint bucket tool then go to Filter > Render > Lens flare and make it like this 

And now , change the fusion to Overlay 

And That's it !
