How to create lights ?

Hello designers, today, we'll show you how to create a light by yourself,

First, go to file and create a new file, choose the Width and Height that you want then click OK.

After that, right click on the layer 1, and click on 'BLENDING OPTION' 

Select gradient overlay, that modify the white to dark grey, select radial, then put the scale on 150%, then OK.

After that, select the pen tool and draw this shape. (Or any other shape)

Now, right click, and click on 'STROKE PATH'

After clicking on STROKE PATH, choose Brush then click OK.

(Make sure that the size of brush is 3px and the color is white.)

Now, right click again, and click on 'DELETE PATH'

The result is like this :

Hey hey, wait, we didn't finish yet, now right click on the second layer, and click on 'BLENDING OPTION'

 Select 'OUTER GLOW' put the blend mode as 'NORMAL' the opacity as '100%' and finally choose your color.

The final result will be like this :
