How to turn a photo into a pencil paint

Hello designers, in this tutorial we gonna show you how to turn a photo into a pencil paint ! 

It's very simple ! 

For that, we used this photo :

Duplicate the layer by pressing ( Ctrl + J )

Then press ( ctrl + shift + u ) or just go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate

Press ( Ctrl + J ) to duplicate the layer 

Then press ( Ctrl + I ) or go to Image > Adjustments > Inver

After that go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur

 Change the fusion mode into Color Dodge

The final result will be like that :
